Bonita Moore

Bonita A. Moore, age 74, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully August 26, 2025. She was born on December 9, 1950 in Sevierville, TN. She was a devout believer in Jesus Christ and was loved by all around her. It didn't matter if you were in desperate need or just in desperate need of a hug, she was always there. Bonita loved spending time with her family the most. She had worked the last 30 years at Walmart and a built a lot of close friendships.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eula Pearl Abbott Parrott and Samuel Lemuel "S.L." Parrott, her aunts and uncles, Fred Elmer Abbott and Libby Abbott, Leonard Hodge and May Hodge; brother Thuren Eugene Parrott.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Patrick Moore; daughters, Tabatha, husband Lee Knight, Luchrisa Hatalovsky, Jennifer Moore and Cynthia Walters; grandchildren, Kassie Breeden, husband Zack Breeden, Ariel Sexton and fiancé Bryce Ballard, LeAnn Knight, Jordan Sharp and fiancé Sky Letteer, Joshua Knight and fiancé Larissa Bailey, Carolyn Walters and Xeoie Moore; great grandchildren, Jaxson and Hazel Knight; her beloved pet, Daisy; siblings, Betty Parrott and Mark Parrott along with many other beloved friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 28, 2025 in Morristown, TN at the Cherokee Park in the Hale Matney Pavilion. The address is 3075 Floyd Hall Drive, Morristown, TN 37814 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
