Billy Ray Barrow, 77, of Ooltewah, TN, passed away June 12, 2023, at a Soddy-Daisy Healthcare Facility. He was born October 7, 1945, in Owenburg, KY, to the late Clarence Fred Barrow and Susie Barrow. Billy was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Calvary Independent Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Jo-Ann Barrow; son, Carlos Cartwright, and grandson, Lee Duckett.
Survived by his son, Scott Barrow; daughters, Debbie Downs and Sheila Price; grandson, Savannah Barrow.
No services will be held.
