Billy Ray Jenkins, 63, of Kingston, TN, passed away peacefully at home after a long- fought illness. He was born on October 3, 1962, in Rockwood, TN.
He was of Baptist faith. He loved being a dad and papaw more than anything else. Billy was known for pulling pranks and cracking jokes. He spent a lot of time teaching his girls how to play softball and he dedicated his final years to his family. He was a huge Dale Earnhardt and John Wayne fan. The most important lesson he taught his children was to never give up.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Doris (Reed) Jenkins; sister, Tammy Jenkins; baby brother Earl David Jr. and nephew Jeffery (J.D.) Waldo.
He is survived by his Life Partner, Patty Isham of Kingston; children, Nicole Jenkins (Torey) of Rockwood, Whitney Fuentes (Carlos) of Rockwood, Ryan Jenkins of West Virginia; step children, Christy DeRossett, Kaila Gomez; grandchildren, Peyton Pressley (Braylynn), Braden Pressley, Nathan Pressley, Brooklyn Ferguson, Athena Coffey, Roman Pressley, Gabriel Works, Gauge Works, Decklyn Works, Justice Works; step grandchildren, Dre Starks, Tre Wright, Keearaha Wright, Zy DeRossett, Destiny Pressley, Noah Ray, Nevaeh Gomez; great grandson, Elias Pressley; nephew, Travis Knight; mother of his children, Peggy Brown; special cousins, Roy Jenkins, Nina Jenkins; friends, Mark Baker, Houston Pressley, Ronnie Ferguson and Jeff Waldo.
