Barbara Darlene Watson, 61, of Powell, Tennessee went home to her Lord and Savior, April 21,2026. She was surrounded by family and her love, Kenny Daniels. She graduated from Clinton High School Class of 1982. She attended Roane State Community College. Darlene was a dental assistant for many years in East Tennessee, Florida, Texas and North Dakota. Her specialty was pediatric dentistry, and she called herself "the tooth fairy", so that all children loved her on sight.
She enjoyed music, bonfires, spending time in the water, leather crafts, making candles and jewelry. She was a gifted storyteller with a quick wit that had everyone in the room laughing. Her sense of humor was legendary. Darlene lived her life like every day was her birthday.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Eual and Georgia Watson and brother, Steve Watson.
She is survived by her daughter, Shauntay Aulisio (Quincy); grandchildren, Malachi and Mahayla Watson; her siblings, Patricia Long (Terry) Kim Howard (Steve) Theresa Watson and John Watson (Andi); nieces, Lisa Roberts, Jesse Catchot (Wes); nephews, Chuck Stark (Heather) Brian Henegar (Crystal) Landon Terry, Cameron Beeler, Joe Waatson, Rock Black (Kyla) and extended family and treasured friends.
The family invites you to a Celebration of Life for Darlene on Sunday, May 17th at 2:00 pm. For more details/venue please call 865-722-3465.
