Annette Faith Lewis, 65, of Flintstone, GA, passed away February 2, 2025. She was born July 7, 1959, and of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by her mother, Judy Lewis; father, David Lewis, Sr.; brothers, David Lewis Jr. and Johnny Lewis.
Survived by her uncle, Buddy (Annette) Willis. The family would like to send a special thank you to James, Jimmy and Hearth Hospice.
