Amy Jo Linville

Amy Jo Linville, 48, of Hixson, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Kansas City on November 23, 1977, to Chub and Barb Ensminger. Amy worked as a healthcare administrator and loved her time with her residents. Amy attended Calvary Chapel of Chattanooga. She enjoyed going to concerts, trips to the beach, and watching rom-coms. Above all, what Amy really loved was a home filled with family and friends.

Amy was preceded in death by her mother, Barb Ensminger.

She is survived by her two children, Ashlen Carroll and Jakob Carroll (fiancée, Lexi Fouts); father, Chub (Donna) Ensminger; brother, Clayton (Courtney) Ensminger; niece, Olivia Evans; special cousins, Wendi Fuller and Jessica Valentour; a host of extended family members and beloved friends.

A Private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
