Akhari King-Amor Ladd

Akhari King-Amor Ladd, 16 days old, died Sunday, April 19, 2020, at T.C. Thompson Hospital.

He was the son of Erika Jarrett and Dangelo Ladd of Cleveland.

Akhari was a wonderful baby, hardly ever cried and very smiley. Although he was only with us for a short time, he touched many lives. He was a sweet baby boy, who was very loved.

Survivors include his parents; siblings: Damiyah Ladd, Maycee Ladd, Callie Jarrett and Zakiyah Reed; grandparents: Rebecca and Steven Pressley, John and Pam Anderson, Steven Swiger, Shaunta Ladd, Wesley Scott and Roy Brown; many aunt and uncles; and special godmother, Allie Cox.

He was preceded in death by Cowin Leona Carpenter and great-grandmother, Bobbie Swiger.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at Companion Funeral Home with a gravesite service to follow at Fort Hill Cemetery.
